Refund policy

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.
Diamond Gloss does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than items that arrive damaged or defective upon delivery.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with the chosen product

  • Incorrect product selection (e.g., color, size, or style)

Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, provided that:

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • You provide clear photographic evidence showing:

    • The damaged or defective product

    • The original packaging

    • The shipping label

We will review your claim and, if verified, issue either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without valid proof of damage will not be accepted, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Reporting a Damaged Order

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us at diamondgloss8888@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Supporting photos as described above

Our team will respond within 2–5 business days with next steps.

 Important Additional Notes

  • Diamond Gloss reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the damage appears to be caused after delivery or due to misuse.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
